The SkillAIbility Observatory will be a dedicated platform within the project designed to monitor, reflect, and act on the fast-evolving intersection between AI-driven manufacturing, digital skills, and inclusive workforce transformation.

The Observatory will bring together a diverse community of stakeholders, from industry leaders, educators, and technology providers to policy makers and civil society actors, to address the challenges and opportunities of deploying artificial intelligence in manufacturing environments.

The Observatory will also acts as a knowledge hub and will provide evidence-based input to support European policy development on skills, inclusion, and sustainable industrial transformation.
