Den 29. januar samlet et tverrfaglig online rundebord eksperter fra flere Horizon Europe-prosjekter for \u00e5 reflektere over hvordan Industri 5.0 utvikler seg i praksis, hva som har blitt l\u00e6rt s\u00e5 langt, og hva som fortsatt m\u00e5 skje for \u00e5 f\u00e5 det til \u00e5 fungere for bedrifter, arbeidstakere og samfunn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for \u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 formelle presentasjoner, fokuserte diskusjonen p\u00e5 virkelige erfaringer, spenninger og erfaringer fra implementering. Resultatet ble en felles forst\u00e5else av Industri 5.0, ikke som en fast modell, men som en menneskesentrert endringsretning, ved \u00e5 samle ledende stemmer fra fem andre EU Horizon Europe-prosjekter.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airedgio5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Klikk p\u00e5 oppf\u00f8ringen som heter AI REDGIO 5.0.<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bridges5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BRIDGES 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prospects5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spesifikasjoner 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/seismec.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEISMEC<\/a>, og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upskill-horizon.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UP-SKILL<\/a>I tillegg til dyktighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fra abstrakt konsept til virkelighetspraksis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En av de sterkeste meldingene som dukket opp fra diskusjonen var at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/nb\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Industri 5.0 er enklere \u00e5 gjenkjenne enn \u00e5 definere<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 tvers av sektorer og selskapsst\u00f8rrelser ser ikke Industry 5.0 ut som en ren pause fra Industry 4.0. I stedet tar det form gjennom hverdagspraksis: hvordan teknologier introduseres, hvordan arbeid organiseres, og hvordan folk er involvert i \u00e5 forme endring. De fleste bedrifter bruker ikke aktivt begrepet \u201dIndustri 5.0\u201d, men mange h\u00e5ndterer allerede kjerneutfordringene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse inkluderer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00d8kende teknologisk kompleksitet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mangel p\u00e5 kompetanse og demografiske endringer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e6rekraft og regulatorisk press<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behovet for robuste og tilpasningsdyktige organisasjoner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Industri 5.0 fremst\u00e5r derfor mindre som en teknologisk oppgradering og mer som en&nbsp;<strong>Ny m\u00e5te \u00e5 integrere teknologi, mennesker og organisasjonsdesign p\u00e5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Menneskelig sentrisitet som grunnlag for Industri 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om Industri 5.0 ofte beskrives gjennom tre pilarer \u2014\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/nb\/2025\/10\/15\/human-centric-manufacturing-kpis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">menneskelig sentrisitet, b\u00e6rekraft og motstandskraft<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 diskusjonen framhevet at menneskelig sentrisitet er grunnlaget som muliggj\u00f8r de to andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e6rekraft og robusthet kan ikke oppn\u00e5s gjennom teknologi eller etterlevelse alene. De er avhengige av folks ferdigheter, tillit, aksept av endring og evne til \u00e5 tilpasse seg. N\u00e5r arbeidstakere ekskluderes fra beslutningsprosesser, risikerer selv velmenende digitaliseringsarbeid \u00e5 skape motstand, kompetanseerosjon eller langsiktig ineffektivitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Human centricity i Industri 5.0 betyr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>involverer arbeidstakere tidlig i teknologidesign og distribusjon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>samskaping av oppl\u00e6rings- og oppl\u00e6ringsveier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sikre \u00e5penhet om hvorfor endringer skjer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gjenkjenne ulike behov, roller og karrierestadier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for et enkelt verkt\u00f8y eller metode, fungerer menneskelig sentrisitet som en&nbsp;<strong>veiledende prinsipp for omdanning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingen line\u00e6r overgang: Industri 5.0 i blandede virkeligheter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En viktig l\u00e6rdom fra rundbordet var avvisningen av en line\u00e6r overgangsmodell fra Industri 4.0 til Industri 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I virkeligheten best\u00e5r industrielle milj\u00f8er av&nbsp;<strong>Blanding av teknologiske og organisatoriske landskap<\/strong>. Eldre maskiner sameksisterer med AI-aktiverte systemer, digitale plattformer samhandler med manuelle prosesser, og nye ferdigheter er lagdelt p\u00e5 veletablert kompetanse. Arbeidere navigerer i disse hybridmilj\u00f8ene hver dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det betyr at Industri 5.0 ikke handler om \u00e5 n\u00e5 en forh\u00e5ndsdefinert slutttilstand. I stedet handler det om&nbsp;<strong>Forbedring av sammenheng<\/strong>mellom teknologi, arbeidsorganisasjon og menneskelige evner over tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5le fremgang uten \u00e5 redusere mening<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flere prosjekter har understreket betydningen av&nbsp;<strong>vurderingsrammeverk, indikatorer og referanseverdier<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e5 hjelpe selskaper med \u00e5 forst\u00e5 hvor de st\u00e5r og hvor de skal investere. M\u00e5ling er viktig for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte informert beslutningstaking og unng\u00e5 fragmentert transformasjonsarbeid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig fremhevet diskusjonen en viktig risiko: redusere Industri 5.0 til en sjekkliste\u00f8velse. Menneskesentrert transformasjon kan ikke fullt ut fanges opp gjennom beregninger alene. Dens verdi vises ofte indirekte, for eksempel gjennom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forbedret medarbeideroppbevaring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bedre kunnskapsoverf\u00f8ring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00f8yere aksept for teknologisk endring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sterkere innovasjonskulturer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e6rlig for sm\u00e5 og mellomstore bedrifter er veiledning og tolkning like viktig som selve m\u00e5lingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ferdigheter, oppl\u00e6ring og l\u00e6ring som strategiske tilretteleggere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ferdighetsutvikling<\/strong>&nbsp;Dette er en av de mest konkrete l\u00f8ftene for \u00e5 fremme Industri 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utover tekniske ferdigheter krever Industry 5.0 organisatoriske og sosiale evner: Samarbeid med AI-systemer, probleml\u00f8sing i komplekse milj\u00f8er og kontinuerlig l\u00e6ring. Erfaringer fra piloter og l\u00e6ringsfabrikker viser at oppl\u00e6ring er mest effektiv n\u00e5r arbeidstakere aktivt deltar i \u00e5 forme den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6ringsmilj\u00f8er som forbinder teknologisk eksperimentering med reelle organisatoriske utfordringer, bidrar til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re Industri 5.0 h\u00e5ndgripelig \u2014 s\u00e6rlig n\u00e5r de st\u00f8tter inkludering og langsiktig arbeidsevne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kultur, ledelse og verdier betyr noe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskusjonen gjorde det klart at Industri 5.0 ikke bare handler om verkt\u00f8y, teknologier eller rammeverk. Det handler grunnleggende om&nbsp;<strong>verdier, kultur og ledervalg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknologier kan st\u00f8tte empowerment, b\u00e6rekraft og motstandskraft \u2014 men bare dersom de innf\u00f8res med oppmerksomhet p\u00e5 organisasjonskultur og sosial dialog.
