Organizzato congiuntamente dai progetti gemelli di Orizzonte Europa PROSPECTS 5.0, SEISMEC, BRIDGES 5.0 e dal progetto SkillAIbility, e ospitato da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\">Fiandre Marca<\/a> l'evento ha riunito presentazioni introduttive, dimostrazioni pratiche e seminari collaborativi concepiti per trasformare i principi di Industria 5.0 in azioni pratiche.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anzich\u00e9 concentrarsi esclusivamente sulla tecnologia, l'evento ha evidenziato una domanda pi\u00f9 ampia:\u00a0In che modo l'intelligenza artificiale pu\u00f2 rafforzare contemporaneamente le persone, le organizzazioni e la competitivit\u00e0 industriale?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le sessioni estive del 5.0 sull'industria sottolineano l'importanza di un'innovazione incentrata sulle persone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'intervento introduttivo di Peter Totterdill (Workplace Innovation Europe) ha rafforzato uno dei principi centrali di Industria 5.0: la trasformazione digitale dovrebbe migliorare sia le prestazioni organizzative che il benessere dei lavoratori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invece di considerare l'automazione come l'obiettivo ultimo, l'industria 5.0 promuove un modello industriale basato su tre pilastri interconnessi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centralit\u00e0 dell'uomo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sostenibilit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilienza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel corso delle discussioni, gli oratori hanno sottolineato che la tecnologia da sola non crea un vantaggio competitivo. Anzich\u00e9 offrire programmi di formazione generici, le organizzazioni hanno sempre pi\u00f9 bisogno di approcci basati su dati concreti che individuino le capacit\u00e0 esistenti, individuino le carenze di competenze e progettino percorsi di apprendimento mirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il progetto SkillAIbility condivide questa visione sviluppando metodi e strumenti innovativi che aiutano le organizzazioni a individuare le future esigenze in termini di competenze e a sostenere i lavoratori durante la transizione digitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un'IA antropocentrica richiede collaborazione e co-progettazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un altro importante messaggio che emerge dal&nbsp;<strong>Industria 5.0 Sessioni estive<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 stato che le persone devono partecipare attivamente ai cambiamenti tecnologici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ricerche presentate durante l'evento hanno dimostrato che l'adozione della tecnologia ha un successo notevolmente maggiore quando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>i lavoratori partecipano al processo di progettazione fin dall'inizio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'IA sostiene, anzich\u00e9 sostituire, il processo decisionale umano;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le organizzazioni riprogettano i flussi di lavoro intorno alle nuove tecnologie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'apprendimento diventa continuo anzich\u00e9 un'attivit\u00e0 una tantum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi risultati dimostrano che l'industria 5.0 non consiste semplicemente nell'introdurre nuove tecnologie. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sessioni estive Industria 5.0 hanno confermato che la competitivit\u00e0 industriale dell'Europa dipender\u00e0 molto di pi\u00f9 dell'innovazione
