La riunione ha segnato un momento importante nel ciclo di vita del progetto, riunendo partner di tutta Europa per esaminare i progressi compiuti, allineare le attivit\u00e0 future e preparare la prossima fase di attuazione. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La riunione si \u00e8 concentrata su una questione centrale: in che modo le tecnologie digitali emergenti come l'IA, l'automazione, la realt\u00e0 virtuale e la realt\u00e0 aumentata possono essere utilizzate in modo da rafforzare le capacit\u00e0 umane anzich\u00e9 emarginare i lavoratori?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Costruire le fondamenta dell'industria 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ambizione del progetto \u00e8 chiara: aiutare i datori di lavoro, i lavoratori e i responsabili politici ad allineare le tecnologie digitali ai compiti umani, individuare le carenze di competenze e progettare percorsi migliori per la formazione e l'inclusione. SkillAIbility mira a fornire criteri di valutazione, modelli di complementarit\u00e0 tra compiti e tecnologia, percorsi degli utenti, principi di progettazione tecnologica, raccomandazioni politiche, programmi di formazione e spazi di sperimentazione tecnologica per sostenere la transizione verso l'industria 5.0.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel corso della riunione i partner hanno esaminato i progressi compiuti in tutti i pacchetti di lavoro, dalla modellizzazione delle esigenze e lo sviluppo di criteri alla progettazione di una fabbrica di apprendimento, alla progettazione di tecnologie antropocentriche, alla sperimentazione, al lavoro politico, alla comunicazione e alla gestione dei progetti. I risultati preliminari presentati durante le sessioni mostrano una crescente necessit\u00e0 di competenze ibride che combinino le conoscenze tecniche con le capacit\u00e0 digitali, cognitive e analitiche. Esse rafforzano inoltre un principio fondamentale del progetto: nel settore manifatturiero, l'IA dovrebbe sostenere il processo decisionale umano e l'esecuzione dei compiti, non limitarsi a sostituire i lavoratori.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mettere al centro i lavoratori<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Monica Rossi del Politecnico di Milano, ricercatrice principale e coordinatrice del progetto, ha spiegato che il progetto intende utilizzare l'intelligenza artificiale, la realt\u00e0 virtuale e la realt\u00e0 aumentata per sostenere il miglioramento delle competenze dei lavoratori, con particolare attenzione ai gruppi che sono spesso trascurati nella trasformazione digitale, tra cui gli anziani, i lavoratori scarsamente qualificati e le persone con disabilit\u00e0. A met\u00e0 del progetto, Rossi ha osservato che uno dei risultati pi\u00f9 significativi finora conseguiti \u00e8 stata una migliore comprensione delle sfide concrete che le industrie si trovano ad affrontare nella creazione di luoghi di lavoro accessibili. Tra queste figurano la necessit\u00e0 di strumenti assistivi, quali esoscheletri per l'emancipazione fisica e applicazioni basate su sensori per sostenere le persone a mobilit\u00e0 ridotta, nonch\u00e9 metodologie migliori per valutare le carenze di competenze e definire percorsi su misura per i diversi profili dei lavoratori. Sottolinea inoltre l'emergere di quattro percorsi progettuali chiave \u2014 inclusivit\u00e0, simbiosi, potenziamento e responsabilizzazione \u2014 come concetti centrali per comprendere in che modo la collaborazione uomo-IA possa essere progettata nella pratica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dal quadro concettuale ai percorsi pratici<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei principali obiettivi dell'assemblea generale \u00e8 stato il continuo sviluppo del\u00a0<strong>Quadro di SKillAIbility<\/strong>. Le presentazioni hanno mostrato come il quadro integri esigenze, ontologie, tassonomie, flussi di lavoro ed esempi pratici in un punto di riferimento condiviso per il progetto. Introduce inoltre i quattro percorsi che ora strutturano gran parte del pensiero di SKillAIbility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inclusivit\u00e0<\/strong>, incentrato sull'accessibilit\u00e0, sul sostegno multimodale e sull'interazione con i ponteggi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aumento<\/strong>, in cui la tecnologia migliora le prestazioni dei compiti umani preservando nel contempo il controllo umano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simbiosi<\/strong>, in cui gli esseri umani e l'IA collaborano attraverso un'agenzia condivisa e un'interazione adattiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Responsabilizzazione<\/strong>, in cui l'autonomia e le competenze umane sono considerate prioritarie con un intervento minimo sul sistema<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi percorsi stanno ora orientando il lavoro attraverso l'elaborazione di criteri, la progettazione di fabbriche di apprendimento, la pianificazione pilota e la futura tabella di marcia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fabbriche di apprendimento, progetti pilota e progettazione antropocentrica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altro tema chiave della riunione \u00e8 stato il ruolo delle fabbriche di apprendimento come ambienti per testare e insegnare i principi dell'industria 5.0. Il progetto utilizza le fabbriche di apprendimento non solo per insegnare competenze tecniche, ma anche per esaminare in che modo i lavoratori possano interagire in modo sicuro e sicuro con i sistemi basati sull'IA in modo inclusivo e accessibile.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il consorzio ha inoltre esaminato lo stato dei casi d'uso pilota. Tra queste figurano applicazioni quali gli strati di controllo basati sul gesto per i sistemi industriali, l'assemblaggio guidato dall'AR, il tutoraggio tecnico basato sull'LLM per la manutenzione delle turbine eoliche nell'IFP e fabbriche didattiche inclusive per la stampa 3D. I casi d'uso stanno gi\u00e0 aiutando il consorzio a collegare concetti astratti quali l'ampliamento e la responsabilizzazione a scenari pratici in contesti industriali e educativi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le discussioni hanno inoltre rafforzato l'importanza di progettare tecnologie antropocentriche e modelli di organizzazione del lavoro che salvaguardino l'autonomia dei lavoratori, sostengano le diverse esigenze e garantiscano che i sistemi di IA rimangano trasparenti e responsabili. La presentazione ha evidenziato principi quali il mantenimento di un'agenzia umana significativa, la progettazione per una fiducia calibrata, la valutazione dei risultati umani al di l\u00e0 delle prestazioni del modello e la garanzia che l'accessibilit\u00e0 diventi standard piuttosto che eccezionale.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con l'avvio della prossima fase del progetto, i lavori futuri continueranno a concentrarsi su un'ambizione fondamentale: garantire che la transizione verso l'industria 5.0 sia non solo tecnologicamente avanzata, ma anche antropocentrica, inclusiva e
