Il 29 gennaio una tavola rotonda online multidisciplinare ha riunito esperti di diversi progetti di Orizzonte Europa per riflettere sull'evoluzione pratica dell'industria 5.0, su ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 stato appreso finora e su ci\u00f2 che deve ancora accadere per farla funzionare per le imprese, i lavoratori e la societ\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anzich\u00e9 concentrarsi su presentazioni formali, la discussione si \u00e8 incentrata sulle esperienze del mondo reale, sulle tensioni e sugli insegnamenti tratti dall'attuazione. Il risultato \u00e8 stata una visione condivisa di Industria 5.0 non come un modello fisso, ma come una direzione del cambiamento antropocentrica, riunendo le voci di spicco di altri cinque progetti Orizzonte Europa dell'UE (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airedgio5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI REDGIO 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bridges5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PONTI 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prospects5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PROSPETTIVE 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/seismec.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEISMEC<\/a>, e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upskill-horizon.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MIGLIORAMENTO DELLE COMPETENZE<\/a>), oltre alla SKILLABILITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dal concetto astratto alla pratica del mondo reale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei messaggi pi\u00f9 forti emersi dalla discussione \u00e8 stato che\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/it\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Industria 5.0 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile da riconoscere che da definire<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In tutti i settori e in tutte le dimensioni delle imprese, l'Industria 5.0 non appare come una rottura netta rispetto all'Industria 4.0. Prende invece forma attraverso le pratiche quotidiane: come vengono introdotte le tecnologie, come viene organizzato il lavoro e come le persone sono coinvolte nella definizione del cambiamento. La maggior parte delle imprese non utilizza attivamente il termine \"Industria 5.0\", ma molte di esse stanno gi\u00e0 affrontando le sue sfide principali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi includono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>crescente complessit\u00e0 tecnologica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carenza di competenze e cambiamento demografico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sostenibilit\u00e0 e pressioni normative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la necessit\u00e0 di organizzazioni resilienti e adattabili<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L'industria 5.0 si presenta quindi meno come un aggiornamento tecnologico e pi\u00f9 come un&nbsp;<strong>nuovo modo di integrare la tecnologia, le persone e la progettazione organizzativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La centralit\u00e0 umana come fondamento dell'industria 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebbene l'industria 5.0 sia spesso descritta attraverso tre pilastri:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/it\/2025\/10\/15\/human-centric-manufacturing-kpis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">centralit\u00e0 umana, sostenibilit\u00e0 e resilienza<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 la discussione ha evidenziato che la centralit\u00e0 umana \u00e8 il fondamento che consente le altre due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sostenibilit\u00e0 e la resilienza non possono essere conseguite solo attraverso la tecnologia o la conformit\u00e0. Dipendono dalle competenze, dalla fiducia, dall'accettazione del cambiamento e dalla capacit\u00e0 di adattamento delle persone. Quando i lavoratori sono esclusi dal processo decisionale, anche gli sforzi di digitalizzazione ben intenzionali rischiano di creare resistenza, erosione delle competenze o inefficienze a lungo termine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centralit\u00e0 umana nell'industria 5.0 significa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coinvolgere i lavoratori nelle prime fasi della progettazione e della diffusione delle tecnologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>co-creazione di percorsi di formazione e miglioramento del livello delle competenze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garantire la trasparenza sui motivi per cui il cambiamento sta avvenendo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>riconoscere la diversit\u00e0 delle esigenze, dei ruoli e delle fasi della carriera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Piuttosto che un singolo strumento o metodo, la centralit\u00e0 umana funge da&nbsp;<strong>principio guida per la trasformazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nessuna transizione lineare: Industria 5.0 in realt\u00e0 miste<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei principali insegnamenti tratti dalla tavola rotonda \u00e8 stato il rifiuto di un modello di transizione lineare da Industria 4.0 a Industria 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In realt\u00e0, gli ambienti industriali sono costituiti da:&nbsp;<strong>paesaggi tecnologici e organizzativi misti<\/strong>. Le macchine preesistenti coesistono con sistemi basati sull'IA, le piattaforme digitali interagiscono con i processi manuali e le nuove competenze sono stratificate sulla base di competenze consolidate da tempo. I lavoratori navigano quotidianamente in questi ambienti ibridi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ci\u00f2 significa che Industria 5.0 non intende raggiungere uno \"stato finale\" predefinito. Si tratta invece di:&nbsp;<strong>migliorare la coerenza<\/strong>tra tecnologia, organizzazione del lavoro e capacit\u00e0 umane nel corso del tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Misurare i progressi senza ridurre il significato<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversi progetti hanno sottolineato l'importanza di:&nbsp;<strong>quadri di valutazione, indicatori e parametri di riferimento<\/strong>&nbsp;aiutare le imprese a capire dove si trovano e dove investire. La misurazione \u00e8 essenziale per sostenere un processo decisionale informato ed evitare sforzi di trasformazione frammentati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, la discussione ha evidenziato un rischio importante: ridurre l'industria 5.0 a una lista di controllo. La trasformazione antropocentrica non pu\u00f2 essere pienamente colta solo attraverso le metriche. Il suo valore appare spesso indirettamente, ad esempio attraverso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>migliore fidelizzazione dei dipendenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>migliore trasferimento delle conoscenze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maggiore accettazione dei cambiamenti tecnologici<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>culture dell'innovazione pi\u00f9 forti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per le piccole e medie imprese in particolare, l'orientamento e l'interpretazione sono importanti quanto la misurazione stessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competenze, formazione e apprendimento come fattori abilitanti strategici<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sviluppo delle competenze<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 emersa come una delle leve pi\u00f9 concrete per far progredire l'industria 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre alle competenze tecniche, l'industria 5.0 richiede capacit\u00e0 organizzative e sociali: collaborazione con i sistemi di IA, risoluzione dei problemi in ambienti complessi e apprendimento continuo. L'esperienza dei progetti pilota e delle fabbriche di apprendimento dimostra che la formazione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 efficace quando i lavoratori partecipano attivamente alla sua definizione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambienti di apprendimento che collegano la sperimentazione tecnologica a sfide organizzative reali contribuiscono a rendere l'industria 5.0 tangibile, in particolare quando sostengono l'inclusione e l'occupabilit\u00e0 a lungo termine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La cultura, la leadership e i valori sono importanti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalla discussione \u00e8 emerso chiaramente che l'industria 5.0 non riguarda solo strumenti, tecnologie o quadri. Si tratta fondamentalmente di:&nbsp;<strong>valori, cultura e scelte di leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tecnologie possono sostenere la responsabilizzazione, la sostenibilit\u00e0 e la resilienza, ma solo se introdotte prestando attenzione alla cultura organizzativa e al dialogo sociale. I sistemi di istruzione, la formazione manageriale e la rappresentanza dei lavoratori svolgono tutti un ruolo cruciale nel plasmare il modo in cui l'industria 5.0 si sviluppa nella pratica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparare i futuri leader e rafforzare la partecipazione informata tra le organizzazioni \u00e8 essenziale per garantire che l'industria 5.0 porti a&nbsp;<strong>migliorare il lavoro<\/strong>, non si tratta solo di un lavoro diverso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prossime tappe per l'industria 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guardando al futuro, la discussione ha individuato diverse priorit\u00e0 per la prossima fase dell'attuazione pratica di Industria 5.0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>consolidare le conoscenze ed evitare la frammentazione tra le iniziative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tradurre gli approfondimenti della ricerca in orientamenti pratici per le imprese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rafforzare i legami tra politiche, prassi e istruzione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creare piattaforme e comunit\u00e0 a lungo termine che superino i singoli progetti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L'industria 5.0 \u00e8 ancora in evoluzione.
