Il documento, intitolato \"Guidelines for Designing Engineering Education in the Context of Industry 4.0 and 5.0\", \u00e8 stato presentato alla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apms-conference.org\">Conferenza internazionale sui progressi nei sistemi di gestione della produzione (APMS 2025)<\/a> e rappresenta un contributo tempestivo sia per gli educatori che per le istituzioni e l'industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perch\u00e9 la formazione ingegneristica deve cambiare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il passaggio a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/it\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\"><strong>Industria 4.0 e 5.0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>introduce l'automazione rapida, l'intelligenza artificiale e la robotica collaborativa nel settore manifatturiero. Ma sottolinea anche\u00a0<strong>centralit\u00e0 dell'uomo, sostenibilit\u00e0 e resilienza<\/strong>\u2014 pilastri fondamentali della visione Industria 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I programmi di studio tradizionali sono spesso in ritardo rispetto a questi cambiamenti. I formati pesanti da lezione e le rigide strutture dei corsi non creano le competenze interdisciplinari e pratiche necessarie in questo nuovo panorama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per colmare questo divario, l'istruzione superiore deve abbracciare&nbsp;<strong>apprendimento basato su progetti<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>spazi flessibili<\/strong>, e&nbsp;<strong>insegnamento potenziato dalla tecnologia<\/strong>&nbsp;strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cosa offre il documento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il documento fornisce un&nbsp;<strong>serie completa di orientamenti<\/strong>&nbsp;aiutare le universit\u00e0 e le facolt\u00e0 di ingegneria a riprogettare i programmi di istruzione in linea con la trasformazione industriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un cambiamento pedagogico<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono essenziali nuovi modelli di apprendimento, come le classi capillari, l'apprendimento basato sui problemi e la ludicizzazione. Il documento raccomanda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coinvolgimento attivo degli studenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavoro di squadra interdisciplinare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valutazione e feedback continui<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progettazione dell'apprendimento basata sulla motivazione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le fabbriche di apprendimento come strumenti chiave<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno degli approcci pi\u00f9 incisivi esaminati \u00e8 l'uso di&nbsp;<strong>Fabbriche di apprendimento (LF)<\/strong>: ambienti industriali simulati in cui gli studenti lavorano con tecnologie reali come:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robot collaborativi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistemi di assemblaggio intelligenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esoscheletri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piattaforme virtuali per lo sviluppo di prodotti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 dimostrato che tali ambienti favoriscono il coinvolgimento, il mantenimento e la disponibilit\u00e0 al lavoro degli studenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competenze orientate al futuro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gli orientamenti sottolineano la necessit\u00e0 di promuovere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluenza digitale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensiero critico e creativit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adattabilit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborazione e comunicazione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intelligenza culturale ed emotiva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Come applicare i presenti orientamenti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il documento si conclude con&nbsp;<strong>10 raccomandazioni attuabili<\/strong>&nbsp;per le istituzioni e gli educatori, tra cui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riprogettare un corso per semestre utilizzando metodi basati su progetti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trasformare gli spazi del campus sottoutilizzati in zone collaborative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adottare modelli di aula a fogli mobili per i contenuti tecnici.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moduli di corsi di co-progettazione con partner industriali.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizzare laboratori di simulazione o fabbriche di apprendimento virtuali a basso costo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitorare il coinvolgimento degli studenti attraverso l'analisi dell'apprendimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizzare hackathon e stampe di design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Istituire circuiti di feedback per gli studenti ai fini di un miglioramento continuo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offrire microcredenziali per le competenze acquisite attraverso attivit\u00e0 pratiche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confrontare i risultati con i profili professionali di Industria 5.0.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/it\/download\/guidelines-for-designing-engineering-education-in-the-context-of-industry-4-0-and-5-0\/?ind=2021&amp;filename=Guidelines-Paper.pdf&amp;wpdmdl=2023&amp;refresh=68dd25be234ef1759323582\">Leggi il documento<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il ruolo del progetto SKillAIbility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo lavoro fa parte del progetto SKillAIbility, che sostiene percorsi di miglioramento delle competenze antropocentrici e inclusivi per la forza lavoro industriale europea. Le attivit\u00e0 di apprendimento pilota si sono svolte presso il Centro di competenza MADE di Milano, con esperienze pratiche con le tecnologie dell'industria 5.0 e riscontri da parte di studenti di ingegneria a tutti i livelli.
