Scopri in che modo il nostro progetto contribuisce a plasmare un futuro in cui la tecnologia e la diversit\u00e0 umana vanno di pari passo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In che modo la tecnologia pu\u00f2 rendere la produzione pi\u00f9 accessibile alle persone con disabilit\u00e0?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tecnologie hanno il potenziale di modificare i compiti e aumentare i ruoli, consentendo alle persone con disabilit\u00e0 di sfruttare tali tecnologie per inserirsi nei flussi di lavoro, adattati alle loro diverse competenze, talenti ed esigenze. Le tecnologie possono creare nuovi tipi di ruoli o ruoli modificati, al di l\u00e0 del semplice tentativo di inserire le persone con disabilit\u00e0 nelle descrizioni delle mansioni esistenti (spesso rigide). Le tecnologie adattabili possono persino andare oltre il sostegno alle persone vulnerabili, in quanto possono anche essere vantaggiose per qualsiasi lavoratore con le sue preferenze individuali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali sono i principali ostacoli all'occupazione nel settore manifatturiero per i lavoratori disabili?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonostante la promessa delle tecnologie e la crescente consapevolezza, persistono notevoli ostacoli all'occupazione per le persone con disabilit\u00e0. Si tratta di barriere dalle molteplici sfaccettature, che vanno da atteggiamenti profondamente radicati a ostacoli fisici e sistemici tangibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forse le barriere pi\u00f9 significative sono attitudinali: idee errate, stereotipi dei datori di lavoro e dei dirigenti in merito alle capacit\u00e0 dei lavoratori disabili, citando \"preoccupazioni in merito alla sicurezza\" e \"l'incapacit\u00e0 percepita di svolgere funzioni lavorative essenziali\". Tali giudizi prematuri sono spesso raggiunti senza esplorare soluzioni ragionevoli o effettuare valutazioni personalizzate delle reali capacit\u00e0 di un candidato, chiudendo cos\u00ec le porte prima che le opportunit\u00e0 possano essere prese in considerazione. Se non vi \u00e8 fiducia nel potenziale, vi \u00e8 scarsa motivazione a investire nell'eliminazione di altri ostacoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come possiamo garantire che la progettazione tecnologica tenga conto dell'accessibilit\u00e0 fin dall'inizio?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Per creare tecnologie realmente accessibili \u00e8 necessaria l'adozione di un approccio di progettazione universale: l'accessibilit\u00e0 deve essere parte integrante di una progettazione tecnologica personalizzabile fin dall'inizio, non di un postpensato o di una patch applicata dopo la diffusione. La progettazione universale \u00e8 il concetto di progettazione di prodotti, ambienti e sistemi utilizzabili da tutte le persone, nella misura pi\u00f9 ampia possibile. Richiede cambiamenti sistemici, culturali e politici che affrontino la natura multiforme dell'inclusione. Le pratiche di assunzione devono concentrarsi sulle funzioni essenziali di un ruolo ed essere aperte a diverse capacit\u00e0 evitando descrizioni delle mansioni eccessivamente rigide che potrebbero escludere candidati altrimenti qualificati. Dovrebbero essere accessibili anche tutte le fasi delle procedure di assunzione, dagli annunci di lavoro ai colloqui. Le imprese dovrebbero offrire ai dipendenti con disabilit\u00e0 eque opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo e avanzamento di carriera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In che modo ritiene che il progetto SkillAIbility contribuir\u00e0 a creare ambienti di produzione pi\u00f9 inclusivi?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Il percorso verso ambienti produttivi pienamente inclusivi \u00e8 complesso, ma presenta un potenziale straordinario. Le tecnologie possono offrire una potente serie di strumenti per abbattere le barriere e creare nuovi percorsi di partecipazione.
