Organizado conjuntamente por los proyectos hermanos de Horizonte Europa PROSPECTS 5.0, SEISMEC, BRIDGES 5.0 y el proyecto SkillAIbility, y acogido por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\">Marca Flandes<\/a> el acto combin\u00f3 presentaciones principales, demostraciones pr\u00e1cticas y talleres colaborativos dise\u00f1ados para convertir los principios de la industria 5.0 en acciones pr\u00e1cticas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de centrarse \u00fanicamente en la tecnolog\u00eda, el acto puso de relieve una cuesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia:\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede la inteligencia artificial reforzar al mismo tiempo a las personas, las organizaciones y la competitividad industrial?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las sesiones de verano de la industria 5.0 destacan la importancia de una innovaci\u00f3n centrada en las personas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El discurso inaugural de Peter Totterdill (Workplace Innovation Europe) reforz\u00f3 uno de los principios centrales de la Industria 5.0: la transformaci\u00f3n digital debe mejorar tanto el rendimiento organizativo como el bienestar de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de considerar la automatizaci\u00f3n como el objetivo \u00faltimo, la industria 5.0 promueve un modelo industrial basado en tres pilares interconectados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centrado en el ser humano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sostenibilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resiliencia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de los debates, los oradores hicieron hincapi\u00e9 en que la tecnolog\u00eda por s\u00ed sola no crea una ventaja competitiva. En lugar de ofrecer programas de formaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9ricos, las organizaciones necesitan cada vez m\u00e1s enfoques basados en pruebas que identifiquen las capacidades existentes, destaquen las carencias de capacidades y dise\u00f1en itinerarios de aprendizaje espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto SkillAIbility comparte esta visi\u00f3n mediante el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos y herramientas innovadores que ayudan a las organizaciones a identificar las futuras necesidades de capacidades y a apoyar a los trabajadores a lo largo de la transici\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La IA centrada en el ser humano requiere colaboraci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o conjunto<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro mensaje importante que surge de la&nbsp;<strong>Sesiones de verano de la industria 5.0<\/strong>&nbsp;era que las personas deb\u00edan participar activamente en el cambio tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n presentada durante el acto puso de manifiesto que la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda tiene mucho m\u00e1s \u00e9xito cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>los trabajadores participan en el proceso de dise\u00f1o desde el principio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La IA apoya, en lugar de sustituir, la toma de decisiones humana;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>las organizaciones redise\u00f1an los flujos de trabajo en torno a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el aprendizaje se convierte en continuo en lugar de en una actividad \u00fanica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas conclusiones demuestran que la industria 5.0 no consiste simplemente en introducir nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construir juntos el futuro de la industria europea 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las sesiones de verano de Industria 5.0 confirmaron que
