El 29 de enero, una mesa redonda multidisciplinar en l\u00ednea reuni\u00f3 a expertos de varios proyectos de Horizonte Europa para reflexionar sobre c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 evolucionando la industria 5.0 en la pr\u00e1ctica, lo que se ha aprendido hasta la fecha y lo que a\u00fan debe suceder para que funcione para las empresas, los trabajadores y la sociedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lugar de centrarse en presentaciones formales, el debate se centr\u00f3 en las experiencias del mundo real, las tensiones y las lecciones aprendidas de la aplicaci\u00f3n. El resultado fue una comprensi\u00f3n compartida de la industria 5.0 no como un modelo fijo, sino como una direcci\u00f3n de cambio centrada en el ser humano, al reunir las principales voces de otros cinco proyectos de Horizonte Europa de la UE (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airedgio5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INICIATIVA REDGIO IA 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bridges5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PUENTES 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prospects5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PERSPECTIVAS 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/seismec.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEISMEC<\/a>, y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upskill-horizon.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MEJORA DE LAS CAPACIDADES<\/a>), adem\u00e1s de la SKILLABILITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del concepto abstracto a la pr\u00e1ctica real<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los mensajes m\u00e1s en\u00e9rgicos que surgieron del debate fue el siguiente:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La industria 5.0 es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de reconocer que de definir<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todos los sectores y tama\u00f1os de empresa, la industria 5.0 no parece una ruptura clara con la industria 4.0. Sino que toma forma a trav\u00e9s de las pr\u00e1cticas cotidianas: c\u00f3mo se introducen las tecnolog\u00edas, c\u00f3mo se organiza el trabajo y c\u00f3mo participan las personas en la configuraci\u00f3n del cambio. La mayor\u00eda de las empresas no utilizan activamente el t\u00e9rmino \u00abindustria 5.0\u00bb, pero muchas ya se enfrentan a sus principales retos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aumento de la complejidad tecnol\u00f3gica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>escasez de capacidades y cambio demogr\u00e1fico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sostenibilidad y presiones normativas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la necesidad de organizaciones resilientes y adaptables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, la industria 5.0 surge menos como una actualizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y m\u00e1s como una&nbsp;<strong>nueva forma de integrar la tecnolog\u00eda, las personas y el dise\u00f1o organizativo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La centralidad humana como fundamento de la Industria 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la industria 5.0 se describe a menudo a trav\u00e9s de tres pilares:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/es\/2025\/10\/15\/human-centric-manufacturing-kpis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">centralidad humana, sostenibilidad y resiliencia<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 el debate puso de relieve que la centralidad humana es la base que permite a los otros dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sostenibilidad y la resiliencia no pueden lograrse \u00fanicamente mediante la tecnolog\u00eda o el cumplimiento. Dependen de las capacidades, la confianza, la aceptaci\u00f3n del cambio y la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de las personas. Cuando se excluye a los trabajadores de la toma de decisiones, incluso los esfuerzos de digitalizaci\u00f3n bien intencionados corren el riesgo de crear resistencia, erosi\u00f3n de las capacidades o ineficiencias a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La centralidad humana en la industria 5.0 significa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>implicar a los trabajadores en una fase temprana del dise\u00f1o y el despliegue de la tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creaci\u00f3n conjunta de itinerarios de formaci\u00f3n y mejora de las capacidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garantizar la transparencia sobre por qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 produciendo el cambio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reconocer las diversas necesidades, funciones y etapas de la carrera profesional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En lugar de una \u00fanica herramienta o m\u00e9todo, la centralidad humana act\u00faa como&nbsp;<strong>principio rector de la transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sin transici\u00f3n lineal: La industria 5.0 en realidades mixtas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un aprendizaje clave de la mesa redonda fue el rechazo de un modelo de transici\u00f3n lineal de la Industria 4.0 a la Industria 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En realidad, los entornos industriales consisten en:&nbsp;<strong>panoramas tecnol\u00f3gicos y organizativos mixtos<\/strong>. Las m\u00e1quinas heredadas coexisten con sistemas basados en la IA, las plataformas digitales interact\u00faan con procesos manuales y las nuevas capacidades se integran en conocimientos especializados consolidados desde hace tiempo. Sino que se trata de&nbsp;<strong>mejorar la coherencia<\/strong>entre la tecnolog\u00eda, la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo y las capacidades humanas a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Medir el progreso sin reducir el significado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios proyectos destacaron la importancia de:&nbsp;<strong>marcos de evaluaci\u00f3n, indicadores y par\u00e1metros de referencia<\/strong>&nbsp;ayudar a las empresas a comprender d\u00f3nde se encuentran y d\u00f3nde invertir. La medici\u00f3n es esencial para apoyar la toma de decisiones con conocimiento de causa y evitar la fragmentaci\u00f3n de los esfuerzos de transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, el debate puso de relieve un riesgo importante: reducir la industria 5.0 a una lista de comprobaci\u00f3n. La experiencia de los pilotos y las f\u00e1bricas de aprendizaje muestra que la formaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s eficaz cuando los trabajadores participan activamente en su configuraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los entornos de aprendizaje que conectan la experimentaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con retos organizativos reales ayudan a hacer tangible la industria 5.0, especialmente cuando apoyan la inclusi\u00f3n y la empleabilidad a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La cultura, el liderazgo y los valores importan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El debate dej\u00f3 claro que la industria 5.0 no solo trata de herramientas, tecnolog\u00edas o marcos.
