El documento, titulado \u00abGuidelines for Designing Engineering Education in the Context of Industry 4.0 and 5.0\u00bb, se present\u00f3 en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apms-conference.org\">Conferencia Internacional sobre los Avances en los Sistemas de Gesti\u00f3n de la Producci\u00f3n (APMS 2025)<\/a> y constituye una contribuci\u00f3n oportuna tanto para los educadores como para las instituciones y la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 debe cambiar la educaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\"><strong>Industria 4.0 y 5.0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>introduce la automatizaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, la inteligencia artificial y la rob\u00f3tica colaborativa en la fabricaci\u00f3n. Pero tambi\u00e9n hace hincapi\u00e9 en:\u00a0<strong>centrada en el ser humano, la sostenibilidad y la resiliencia<\/strong>\u2014 pilares clave de la visi\u00f3n de la industria 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los planes de estudios tradicionales suelen ir a la zaga de estos cambios. Los formatos dif\u00edciles de manejar y las estructuras r\u00edgidas de los cursos no crean las competencias interdisciplinarias y pr\u00e1cticas necesarias en este nuevo panorama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para colmar esta brecha, la educaci\u00f3n superior debe adoptar&nbsp;<strong>aprendizaje basado en proyectos<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>espacios flexibles<\/strong>, y&nbsp;<strong>ense\u00f1anza potenciada por la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 ofrece el papel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento ofrece una&nbsp;<strong>conjunto completo de directrices<\/strong>&nbsp;ayudar a las universidades y las facultades de ingenier\u00eda a redise\u00f1ar los programas educativos en consonancia con la transformaci\u00f3n de la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un cambio pedag\u00f3gico<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Son esenciales nuevos modelos de aprendizaje, como aulas empotradas, aprendizaje basado en problemas y ludificaci\u00f3n.
