Arrangeret i f\u00e6llesskab af Horisont Europas s\u00f8sterprojekter PROSPECTS 5.0, SEISMEC, BRIDGES 5.0 og projektet SkillAIbility og arrangeret af <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.flandersmake.be\/nl\">Flandern Make<\/a> arrangementet kombinerede hovedpr\u00e6sentationer, praktiske demonstrationer og samarbejdsworkshopper, der havde til form\u00e5l at oms\u00e6tte Industri 5.0-principperne til praktisk handling.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I stedet for udelukkende at fokusere p\u00e5 teknologi satte arrangementet fokus p\u00e5 et bredere sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:\u00a0Hvordan kan kunstig intelligens samtidig styrke mennesker, organisationer og industriens konkurrenceevne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Industri 5.0 sommerm\u00f8der fremh\u00e6ver betydningen af menneskecentreret innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c5bningstalen ved Peter Totterdill (Workplace Innovation Europe) styrkede et af de centrale principper i Industri 5.0: den digitale omstilling b\u00f8r forbedre b\u00e5de de organisatoriske resultater og arbejdstagernes trivsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I stedet for at betragte automatisering som det endelige m\u00e5l fremmer Industri 5.0 en industriel model, der bygger p\u00e5 tre indbyrdes forbundne s\u00f8jler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menneskecentreret<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e6redygtighed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modstandsdygtighed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under dr\u00f8ftelserne understregede talerne, at teknologi alene ikke skaber konkurrencefordele. I stedet opn\u00e5r organisationerne den st\u00f8rste virkning, n\u00e5r digital innovation kombineres med innovation p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen, l\u00f8bende l\u00e6ring og medarbejderdeltagelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disse budskaber afspejler n\u00f8je visionen for projektet SkillAIbility, som st\u00f8tter organisationer i at forberede deres arbejdsstyrke p\u00e5 et effektivt og ansvarligt samarbejde mellem mennesker og kunstig intelligens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00e6rdigheder er afg\u00f8rende for en vellykket indf\u00f8relse af kunstig intelligens<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et tilbagevendende tema under sommerm\u00f8derne om Industri 5.0 var, at en vellykket gennemf\u00f8relse af kunstig intelligens afh\u00e6nger af forst\u00e5else og udvikling af arbejdsstyrkens f\u00e6rdigheder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blandt de praktiske eksempler, der blev pr\u00e6senteret, var <a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/da\/the-consortium\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"377\">Lavet kompetencecenter<\/a>\"s AI-drevne v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til analyse af f\u00e6rdigheder, som evaluerer AI-modenhed p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af syv dimensioner, herunder bevidsthed, operationel anvendelse, prompting, kritisk evaluering, forvaltning og organisatorisk integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dette viser, at der sker et vigtigt skift p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af den europ\u00e6iske industri. I stedet for at levere generiske uddannelsesprogrammer har organisationerne i stigende grad brug for evidensbaserede tilgange, der identificerer eksisterende kapaciteter, afd\u00e6kker kvalifikationskl\u00f8fter og udformer m\u00e5lrettede l\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projektet SkillAIbility deler denne vision ved at udvikle innovative metoder og v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, der hj\u00e6lper organisationer med at identificere fremtidige f\u00e6rdighedsbehov og st\u00f8tte arbejdstagerne i hele den digitale omstilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Menneskecentreret kunstig intelligens kr\u00e6ver samarbejde og f\u00e6lles design<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et andet vigtigt budskab fra&nbsp;<strong>Industri 5.0 sommerm\u00f8der<\/strong>&nbsp;var, at folk skal deltage aktivt i den teknologiske udvikling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forskning, der blev pr\u00e6senteret under arrangementet, viste, at indf\u00f8relse af teknologi er betydeligt mere vellykket, n\u00e5r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>arbejdstagerne deltager i udformningsprocessen fra begyndelsen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kunstig intelligens st\u00f8tter snarere end erstatter menneskelig beslutningstagning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organisationer omformer arbejdsgange omkring nye teknologier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u00e6ring bliver kontinuerlig i stedet for en enkeltst\u00e5ende aktivitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disse resultater viser, at Industri 5.0 ikke blot handler om at indf\u00f8re nye teknologier. I stedet handler det om at skabe milj\u00f8er, hvor mennesker, teknologi og organisationer udvikler sig sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denne menneskecentrerede tilgang er kernen i projektet SkillAIbility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fra Industri 5.0-visionen til den praktiske gennemf\u00f8relse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I mods\u00e6tning til en traditionel konference&nbsp;<strong>Industri 5.0 sommerm\u00f8der<\/strong>&nbsp;tilskyndede deltagerne til at arbejde med reelle industrielle udfordringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Virksomhederne samarbejdede med forskere og innovationseksperter om at udvikle praktiske omstillingsk\u00f8replaner ved hj\u00e6lp af metoder, v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og erfaringer fra de deltagende Horisont Europa-projekter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I forbindelse med projektet SkillAIbility gav arrangementet en glimrende mulighed for at udveksle viden med interessenter i industrien, vise, hvordan udvikling af AI-baserede f\u00e6rdigheder kan st\u00f8tte industriel omstilling og styrke samarbejdet p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af Europas voksende Industri 5.0-\u00f8kosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sammen skaber vi Europas industri 5.0 fremtid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommerm\u00f8derne i Industri 5.0 bekr\u00e6ftede, at Europas industrielle konkurrenceevne vil afh\u00e6nge meget mere end teknologisk innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fremtidig succes kr\u00e6ver, at organisationer investerer i mennesker, l\u00f8bende udvikler arbejdsstyrkens f\u00e6rdigheder og skaber arbejdspladser, hvor mennesker og kunstig intelligens samarbejder
