Hvad har vi l\u00e6rt, og hvad er n\u00e6ste skridt?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Industri 5.0 former i stigende grad fremtiden for europ\u00e6isk produktion og arbejde. Den 29. januar samlede en tv\u00e6rfaglig onlinerundbordsdiskussion eksperter fra flere Horisont Europa-projekter for at reflektere over, hvordan Industri 5.0 udvikler sig i praksis, hvad der hidtil er blevet l\u00e6rt, og hvad der stadig skal ske for at f\u00e5 den til at fungere for virksomheder, arbejdstagere og samfundet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for at fokusere p\u00e5 formelle pr\u00e6sentationer fokuserede dr\u00f8ftelserne p\u00e5 erfaringer fra den virkelige verden, sp\u00e6ndinger og erfaringer fra gennemf\u00f8relsen. Resultatet var en f\u00e6lles forst\u00e5else af Industri 5.0, ikke som en fast model, men som en menneskecentreret forandringsretning ved at samle f\u00f8rende stemmer fra fem andre EU-Horisont Europa-projekter (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airedgio5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI REDGIO 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bridges5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BROER 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prospects5-0.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FREMTIDSUDSIGTER 5.0<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/seismec.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SEISMEC<\/a>, og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upskill-horizon.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OPKVALIFICERING<\/a>), ud over SKILLABILITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fra abstrakt koncept til praksis i den virkelige verden<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et af de st\u00e6rkeste budskaber fra dr\u00f8ftelserne var, at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/da\/2025\/03\/06\/skillaibility-industry-5-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Industri 5.0 er lettere at genkende end at definere<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af sektorer og virksomhedsst\u00f8rrelser fremst\u00e5r Industri 5.0 ikke som et rent brud fra Industri 4.0. I stedet tager det form gennem daglig praksis: hvordan teknologier indf\u00f8res, hvordan arbejdet tilrettel\u00e6gges, og hvordan mennesker inddrages i udformningen af forandringer. De fleste virksomheder anvender ikke aktivt udtrykket \"Industri 5.0\", men mange besk\u00e6ftiger sig allerede med de centrale udfordringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse omfatter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00f8get teknologisk kompleksitet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mangel p\u00e5 kvalificeret arbejdskraft og demografiske \u00e6ndringer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b\u00e6redygtighed og lovgivningsm\u00e6ssigt pres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>behovet for modstandsdygtige og fleksible organisationer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Industri 5.0 fremst\u00e5r derfor mindre som en teknologisk opgradering og mere som en&nbsp;<strong>ny m\u00e5de at integrere teknologi, mennesker og organisatorisk design p\u00e5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Menneskecentreret som grundlag for Industri 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selv om Industri 5.0 ofte beskrives gennem tre s\u00f8jler \u2014\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/da\/2025\/10\/15\/human-centric-manufacturing-kpis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">menneskecentrering, b\u00e6redygtighed og modstandsdygtighed<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 dr\u00f8ftelsen fremh\u00e6vede, at mennesket i centrum er det fundament, der muligg\u00f8r de to andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e6redygtighed og modstandsdygtighed kan ikke opn\u00e5s ved hj\u00e6lp af teknologi eller overholdelse alene. De afh\u00e6nger af folks f\u00e6rdigheder, tillid, accept af forandringer og evne til at tilpasse sig. N\u00e5r arbejdstagere udelukkes fra beslutningstagning, risikerer selv en velplanlagt digitaliseringsindsats at skabe modstand, udhuling af f\u00e6rdigheder eller langsigtet ineffektivitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menneskelig centrering i Industri 5.0 betyder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inddragelse af arbejdstagerne tidligt i udformningen og udbredelsen af teknologi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00e6lles skabelse af uddannelses- og opkvalificeringsforl\u00f8b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sikring af gennemsigtighed med hensyn til, hvorfor der sker \u00e6ndringer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anerkendelse af forskellige behov, roller og karrierefaser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for et enkelt v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j eller en enkelt metode fungerer menneskecentrering som en&nbsp;<strong>vejledende princip for omstilling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingen line\u00e6r overgang: Industri 5.0 i en blandet virkelighed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En vigtig l\u00e6re af rundbordsdiskussionen var afvisningen af en line\u00e6r overgangsmodel fra Industri 4.0 til Industri 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I virkeligheden best\u00e5r de industrielle milj\u00f8er af&nbsp;<strong>Blandede teknologiske og organisatoriske landskaber<\/strong>. Nedarvede maskiner eksisterer side om side med AI-baserede systemer, digitale platforme interagerer med manuelle processer, og nye f\u00e6rdigheder bygger p\u00e5 veletableret ekspertise. Arbejdstagerne navigerer i disse hybridmilj\u00f8er hver dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det betyder, at Industri 5.0 ikke handler om at n\u00e5 en foruddefineret \"sluttilstand\". I stedet handler det om&nbsp;<strong>forbedring af sammenh\u00e6ngen<\/strong>mellem teknologi, arbejdstilrettel\u00e6ggelse og menneskelige evner over tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5ling af fremskridt uden at reducere betydningen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flere projekter understregede betydningen af&nbsp;<strong>vurderingsrammer, indikatorer og benchmarks<\/strong>&nbsp;for at hj\u00e6lpe virksomhederne med at forst\u00e5, hvor de st\u00e5r, og hvor de skal investere. M\u00e5ling er afg\u00f8rende for at st\u00f8tte informeret beslutningstagning og undg\u00e5 fragmenterede omstillingsbestr\u00e6belser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig fremh\u00e6vede dr\u00f8ftelsen en vigtig risiko: reduktion af Industri 5.0 til en tjekliste. Menneskecentreret omstilling kan ikke opfanges fuldt ud ved hj\u00e6lp af parametre alene. Dens v\u00e6rdi optr\u00e6der ofte indirekte, f.eks. gennem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bedre fastholdelse af medarbejdere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bedre vidensoverf\u00f8rsel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00f8rre accept af den teknologiske udvikling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00e6rkere innovationskulturer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Is\u00e6r for sm\u00e5 og mellemstore virksomheder er vejledning og fortolkning lige s\u00e5 vigtig som selve m\u00e5lingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00e6rdigheder, uddannelse og l\u00e6ring som strategiske katalysatorer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kompetenceudvikling<\/strong>&nbsp;fremstod som en af de mest konkrete l\u00f8ftest\u00e6nger til at fremme Industri 5.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ud over tekniske f\u00e6rdigheder kr\u00e6ver Industri 5.0 organisatorisk og social kapacitet: samarbejde med AI-systemer, probleml\u00f8sning i komplekse milj\u00f8er og l\u00f8bende l\u00e6ring. Erfaringer fra pilotprojekter og l\u00e6ringsfabrikker viser, at uddannelse er mest effektiv, n\u00e5r arbejdstagerne deltager aktivt i udformningen heraf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6ringsmilj\u00f8er, der forbinder teknologiske eksperimenter med reelle organisatoriske udfordringer, bidrager til at g\u00f8re Industri 5.0 h\u00e5ndgribelig \u2014 navnlig n\u00e5r de st\u00f8tter inklusion og langsigtet besk\u00e6ftigelsesegnethed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kultur, lederskab og v\u00e6rdier er vigtige<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr\u00f8ftelsen gjorde det klart, at Industri 5.0 ikke kun handler om v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, teknologier eller rammer. Det handler grundl\u00e6ggende om&nbsp;<strong>v\u00e6rdier, kultur og lederskabsvalg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknologier kan st\u00f8tte myndigg\u00f8relse, b\u00e6redygtighed og modstandsdygtighed \u2014 men kun hvis de indf\u00f8res med fokus p\u00e5 organisationskultur og social dialog. Uddannelsessystemer, ledelsesuddannelse og arbejdstagerrepr\u00e6sentation spiller alle en afg\u00f8rende rolle i udformningen af, hvordan Industri 5.0 udvikler sig i praksis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forberedelse af fremtidige ledere og styrkelse af informeret deltagelse p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af organisationer er afg\u00f8rende for at sikre, at Industri 5.0 f\u00f8rer til&nbsp;<strong>bedre arbejde<\/strong>, ikke kun forskelligt arbejde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvad er n\u00e6ste skridt for Industri 5.0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fremadrettet pegede dr\u00f8ftelserne p\u00e5 flere prioriteter for den n\u00e6ste fase af den praktiske gennemf\u00f8relse af Industri 5.0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>konsolidering af viden og undg\u00e5else af fragmentering p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af initiativer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oms\u00e6tning af forskningsresultater til praktisk vejledning for virksomheder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>styrkelse af forbindelserne mellem politik, praksis og uddannelse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opbygning af langsigtede platforme og lokalsamfund, der r\u00e6kker ud over individuelle projekter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Industri 5.0 er stadig under udvikling.
