Hj\u00e6lpesystemet for d\u00f8ve og h\u00f8reh\u00e6mmede (DHH) er udformet med henblik p\u00e5 at forbedre deltagelsen i industrielt arbejde ved at kombinere sikkerhed, kommunikation og uddannelse i et wearable, AI-st\u00f8ttet v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karin Sofie Syversveen Lie har under sin masterafhandling udviklet et AI-drevet hj\u00e6lpesystem i realtid til st\u00f8tte for DHH-personer i industriel samling og arbejdstagere i omr\u00e5der med h\u00f8j industriel st\u00f8j.<strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp;en l\u00f8sning, der er unik i verden. Proof of concept for denne l\u00f8sning er beskrevet i hendes afhandling med titlen&nbsp;<em>\"Kommunikation ud over \u00d8resund\".&nbsp;<\/em>Det indf\u00f8rer et wearable system, der integrerer computersyn, tidstro taletransskription og visuel opgavevejledning, hvilket giver DHH-medarbejdere st\u00f8rre uafh\u00e6ngighed, situationsbevidsthed og kommunikationsevne p\u00e5 fabriksgulvet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"S\u00e5 vidt vi ved, er dette det f\u00f8rste system, der kombinerer haptiske advarsler, AI-drevet live transskription og visuelle monteringsinstruktioner til et enkelt hj\u00e6lpemiddelv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, der er skr\u00e6ddersyet til ansatte inden for beslutningsh\u00f8jde og hygiejne i fremstillingsindustrien.\"<\/em>&nbsp;siger Karin Syversveen Lie.&nbsp;<em>\"Det er et skridt i retning af en inklusiv fremtid for arbejdet, hvor ingen lades i stikken p\u00e5 grund af sensoriske barrierer.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En ny standard for inklusiv produktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Systemet blev udviklet som led i projektet SkillAIbility, der finansieres under Horisont Europa, og udg\u00f8r en prototype i den tidlige fase for inklusiv, AI-drevet bistand i industrielle milj\u00f8er. Prototypen har f\u00f8lgende karakteristika:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Et vibrerende b\u00e6lte, der drives af computersyn til at underrette brugeren, n\u00e5r en person n\u00e6rmer sig fra venstre eller h\u00f8jre, hvilket \u00f8ger sikkerheden og den rumlige bevidsthed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et tale-til-tekst-modul baseret p\u00e5 OpenAI's Whisper-model muligg\u00f8r tidstro transskription af talte instruktioner i st\u00f8jende milj\u00f8er.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En webbaseret uddannelsesgr\u00e6nseflade yder intuitiv opgavesupport uden at v\u00e6re afh\u00e6ngig af lydinstruktioner eller skriftlige instruktioner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Systemet blev testet med deltagere, der simulerede h\u00f8retab i et industrielt milj\u00f8, og fik positive brugervurderinger og st\u00e6rk brugertillid p\u00e5 trods af begr\u00e6nsningerne ved prototypefremstilling i den tidlige fase. For nylig blev systemet ogs\u00e5 testet i et laboratorium af en d\u00f8v deltager, som bekr\u00e6ftede dets nyttev\u00e6rdi og gav v\u00e6rdifuld feedback med henblik p\u00e5 videreudvikling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"Dette system har potentiale.\"&nbsp;<\/em>sagde Davy Van Landuyt, projektleder i Den Europ\u00e6iske D\u00f8veunion, som testede systemet.<em>&nbsp;\"Med mere iteration og feedback fra d\u00f8ve og h\u00f8reh\u00e6mmede arbejdstagere i virkelige milj\u00f8er under udviklingen kan det blive nyttigt for det daglige arbejde i industrielle milj\u00f8er.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Im\u00f8dekommelse af et voksende behov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovationen kommer p\u00e5 et afg\u00f8rende tidspunkt: personer, der er DHH, udg\u00f8r en s\u00e6rlig underbetjent gruppe. Globalt set over 5% af befolkningen oplever ca. 430 millioner mennesker, herunder 34 millioner b\u00f8rn, invaliderende h\u00f8retab, og fremskrivninger viser, at dette tal vil overstige 700 millioner i 2050. Industrielle arbejdspladser er dog fortsat i vid udstr\u00e6kning utilg\u00e6ngelige for h\u00f8reh\u00e6mmede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovationen passer direkte ind i det bredere projekt om f\u00e6rdigheder, som unders\u00f8ger, hvordan kunstig intelligens kan st\u00f8tte inklusiv opkvalificering, omskoling og integration p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen for personer med handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prototypen kan bidrage til:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Udvikling af AI-underst\u00f8ttede hj\u00e6lpesystemer i SkillAIbility's l\u00e6ringsfabriksmilj\u00f8er, der muligg\u00f8r sikre og tilg\u00e6ngelige arbejdsgange for DHH-brugere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Udformning af erhvervsuddannelsesprogrammer, der er skr\u00e6ddersyet til d\u00f8ve arbejdstageres behov, og som tilbyder v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, der st\u00f8tter kommunikation, situationsbevidsthed og opgaveudf\u00f8relse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fremtidige pilotudrulninger p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af industrielle partnere for at validere effektiviteten af inklusiv teknologi under reelle produktionsforhold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"Det, som Karin har opbygget, er mere end en afhandling, det er en prototype for fremtiden for inklusiv industri. EUR, der fremmer menneskecentrerede tilgange til kunstig intelligens og automatisering inden for fremstilling og&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/da\/the-cosortium\/\">samler 14 f\u00f8rende organisationer i 9 europ\u00e6iske lande<\/a>.\u00a0Projektet vil udvikle nye m\u00e5der, hvorp\u00e5 mennesker og maskiner kan arbejde effektivt sammen, samtidig med at arbejdstagernes trivsel s\u00e6ttes i f\u00f8rste r\u00e6kke, hvilket er et udtryk for Den Europ\u00e6iske Unions Industri 5.0-vision. Dette initiativ fokuserer p\u00e5 at fremme samarbejdet mellem mennesker og kunstig intelligens inden for fremstilling for at skabe mere inklusive og b\u00e6redygtige arbejdspladser.
