P\u00e5 m\u00f8det blev det unders\u00f8gt, hvordan globale \u00e6ndringer inden for teknologi, samfund og milj\u00f8 \u00e6ndrer f\u00e6rdigheder og besk\u00e6ftigelse i Europa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forst\u00e5else af globale megatendenser og tippepunkter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globale megatendenser er st\u00e6rke, langsigtede kr\u00e6fter, der driver&nbsp;<strong>\u00f8konomisk, social og teknologisk omstilling<\/strong>. De kan f\u00f8re til&nbsp;<strong>strukturelle \u00e6ndringer<\/strong>&nbsp;og&nbsp;<strong>tippepunkter<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 uoprettelige \u00e6ndringer, der omdefinerer industrier og arbejdsmarkeder. Forst\u00e5else af denne dynamik er n\u00f8glen til udvikling&nbsp;<strong>menneskecentrerede og fremtidssikrede f\u00e6rdigheder<\/strong>&nbsp;i overensstemmelse med Europas digitale og gr\u00f8nne omstilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seks megatendenser, der former fremtidens arbejde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den <a href=\"https:\/\/skillaibility.eu\/da\/the-project\/\">Projektet SKillAIbility<\/a> identificerer seks globale megatendenser, der \u00e6ndrer den m\u00e5de, hvorp\u00e5 mennesker arbejder og l\u00e6rer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Demografi:<\/strong>\u00a0Aldrende befolkninger i udviklede regioner og ungdomsb\u00f8lger andre steder p\u00e5virker tilg\u00e6ngeligheden af arbejdskraft og eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter sundhedspleje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gr\u00f8n omstilling:<\/strong>\u00a0Modeller for cirkul\u00e6r \u00f8konomi og milj\u00f8regler er drivkraften bag stigningen i\u00a0<em>gr\u00f8nne f\u00e6rdigheder<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kvalifikationskl\u00f8fter:<\/strong>\u00a0Hurtige fremskridt inden for kunstig intelligens, robotteknologi og b\u00e6redygtighed \u00f8ger behovet for\u00a0<em>omskoling og opkvalificering<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balance mellem arbejdsliv og privatliv &amp; trivsel:<\/strong>\u00a0Fleksibelt arbejde, mental sundhed og medarbejdernes trivsel er afg\u00f8rende for fastholdelse og produktivitet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mangfoldighed, lighed &amp; inklusion (DEI):<\/strong>\u00a0Dei er b\u00e5de et etisk engagement og en forretningsm\u00e6ssig fordel, der styrkes af ledelsesansvar og EU's mangfoldighedschartre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamikken p\u00e5 det globale marked:<\/strong>\u00a0Balancen mellem global integration og regional modstandsdygtighed bev\u00e6ger sig i retning af\u00a0<em>robusthed i forhold til effektivitet<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forudsigelse af den teknologiske indvirkning p\u00e5 arbejdet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er en udfordring at forudsige, hvordan teknologien vil p\u00e5virke fremtidige job p\u00e5 grund af\u00a0<strong>hurtigt og ikkeline\u00e6rt forandringstempo<\/strong>. Opgave 2.2 i SKillAIbility projektet anvender avancerede fremsynsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til at analysere tendenser og identificere nye kvalifikationsbehov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tendensradarer<\/strong>\u00a0afd\u00e6kke nye teknologier og nye arbejdsomr\u00e5der.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Patentanalyse<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00f8lger innovations- og kommercialiseringsforl\u00f8b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI-baserede vurderinger af kvalifikationskl\u00f8fter<\/strong>\u00a0skalere arbejdsstyrkeanalyser og uddannelsesbehov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Global analyse af tippepunkter<\/strong>\u00a0detekterer irreversible systemtransformationer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse metoder giver et videnskabeligt grundlag for at forst\u00e5, hvordan teknologi, innovation og politik interagerer med henblik p\u00e5 at forme&nbsp;<strong>fremtidens arbejde i Europa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fra data til handling: opbygning af fremtidssikrede f\u00e6rdigheder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved at oms\u00e6tte data til praktisk anvendelig indsigt underst\u00f8tter SKillAIbility&nbsp;<strong>undervisere, virksomheder og politiske beslutningstagere<\/strong>&nbsp;i udformningen af strategier, der foregriber fremtidige behov for arbejdskraft.
